A process designed to remove surprises
A custom kitchen is a significant investment, so our process is built to keep you informed and in control at every stage. You approve the design in 3D before manufacturing begins, you know your installation date in advance, and one team stays accountable from the first measurement to the final adjustment.

We develop layouts, materials and a photoreal 3D walkthrough, refined until it is exactly right. 3. Build. Your cabinetry and millwork are crafted in our workshop while stone and hardware are sourced and cut. 4. Install. Our crew installs, levels, finishes and hands over a kitchen ready for its first meal.
Frequently asked questions
How does the design and quoting process start?
It starts with an in-home consultation across the Greater Toronto Area. We measure your kitchen, discuss your goals and budget, and then prepare a design concept and a detailed, fixed quote. There is no obligation to proceed.
When do I get to see what my kitchen will look like?
Before anything is manufactured. During the design stage we produce a photoreal 3D model so you can walk through your kitchen, test materials and colours, and make changes while they are still just pixels.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Because we manufacture to a fixed installation date, popular install windows fill up in advance. We recommend starting the design conversation a couple of months before you would like the kitchen installed. Request a quote to check current availability.
